The re-purposing of West African iconography with the intent of drawing attention to our ability as a society to collaborate. Traditionally, these symbols, known as “Adinkra”, have been used to inspire the promotion of positive traits and outcomes for individuals and society.
Perhaps this collaboration on a symbolic level, will help to inspire some of us to pursue initiatives with practical outcomes. This is particularly urgent when considering the challenge of preserving our natural and life sustaining environment.
